I've been pulling a lot of shots left lately it seems. Did a little video yesterday on the range. It's been a while. I could see that I got lazy and had my shoulders lined up left at address. Today I played nine and made sure my shoulders at address were in line on target path. Seemed to help.

When I am not aiming right it always my shoulder line but for me it is the opposite, I tend to stand too closed and I end up either hooking it or pushing it. When I am aligned properly it seems for me at least like I am open. I have been very deliberate with my preshot routine and its helped.

I pick a point in where I want the ball to land then take two side steps and pick a point in front me after moving over two steps and then I make sure I align my shoulders to that point and the rest takes care of itself. when I do it it looks very mechanical but it gets the job done.

I went to Lowe's and bought two plastic sticks. Total cost $4 each. I place one in font of my feet for alignment an the other I stick in the ground at an angle to guide my swing path. It seems to be helping and you can't beat the price.

Funny story.

Earlier this summer, I played in a charity scramble that had quite a few little "snags" thrown in for fun. On one hole, there was a drill sargent standing right in front of us while we were trying to tee off. Right when I started getting ready to swing, he stepped right up to the ball and started screaming right in my face. Ironically, where he placed his feet was a perfect line for my swing path, and I hit the best drive of the summer using that as a guide.

I've been meaning to buy some sticks like Joe mentioned, I just haven't gotten around to it yet.

That was nice of him to help you out. Would have had to drop and give him 20 if the ball went OB?

If I dropped and gave them 20 they would need a rather large fork lift to get me up.

My routine working or position for golf ball is, I pick a place inside exactly where I'd like this baseball for you to terrain subsequently get a couple part steps in addition to pick a place before us following relocating around a couple steps after which it I ensure I format my shoulder muscles fit it place and also the relax protects itself.
