This is intended as a discussion point for the Wedge Guy's articles. I know the comments section is there but you don't get notifications if anyone replies (like you do with the What did you shoot today?' thread) so any discussion tends to die off.
Used this thread anytime for ANY of Terry's articles, not just the one published last Friday.
So, let me start (er, with the one from last Friday!)
After a round of 109 just over a week ago I came away angry and slightly depressed. I was hitting the ball fat...a LOT...but was unable to work out why (which is what really annoyed me).
It took me about a week to realise that it was probably due to the old 'My real swing feels nothing like my practice swing' dilemma. Specifically, there was no weight transfer.
Then, as if by magic, along came Terry's article 'Pushing Your Weight Around'. I think it struck a note, so I went to my local practice area and tried it out as clearly I need some kind of trigger.
The results suggest this just might be what I need.
It's just a nice, simple move to ghet the whole swing started in the correct order. Nice one, Terry. Thank you.
