I'm officially a Golf Merit Badge counselor now, I have a few boy scouts coming out tomorrow to the driving range to discuss the merit badge, and go through the moves.
Its a pretty cool little process... they have to cover quite a bit... history, safety, etiquette etc.

I thought its a cool way to help out, get more "sanctioned" time out on the course, and teach a few kids some etiquette at the same time.
I was thinking, it might also be a cool way to drum up some extra interest during the hot summer days at the local course.
Anyone else got their golf merit badge, or been a counselor for one.
