I got some friends who are going to have a ryder Cup event, will they be able to set it up so people can watch the contest as each match goes on, with fourball, best baal individual, im still learning the site so it might already be there

the event is in Septembeer, Im trying to be a part of it. apparently some guys come over from Ireland and join some guys who are irish and play some US guys in a ryder cup stlye format. I didnt know if whomever is running could set up the matches inside a tournamnet database and people could follow the tournamnet live in ireland or wherever. just an idea

Two oobers qualified for the Tennessee State Amateur today, Lexus with a 71(has already posted and my son Eddy whitaker(same name on oob)with a 76(will post score later) Eddy only hit 6 greens today and hit only 1 out of his first 9, but putted very well, Lexus and he will play in the state Am August 5-8 and they play next week in a US Amateur qualifier in Knoxville and are doing a practice round together.

Hey guys, check this site out, i bought the grass whip and I used it, my scores are down, my son was struggling a bit, he used it qualified for state AM, Harvey Penick taught this idea to Ben Crenshaw and Tom Kite, In his book Penick credits Mehlhorn with teaching it. www.golfwith mehlhorn.com also check out geoff Mangum puttingzone.com great sites, maybe you can link to them, another favorite is modelgolf.com

Eddy WhitakerLambuth golfer, Eddy Whitaker of Franklin, TN, recently qualified for the Tennessee State Amateur with a 76 ( five over) at a breezy Vanderbilt Legends Course in Franklin, TN. The Tennessee State Amateur will be played at Ridgeway Country Club in Memphis, TN August 5-8. Whitaker's next tournament is the US Amateur Qualifier at Willow Creek Golf Course in Knoxville, TN on July, 29. The top qualifiers of this 36 holes in one day qualifier will advance to the US Amateur at Pinehurst Country Club in Pinehurst, NC.

Another player who qualified is Lambuth alum , Dan Crockett. Crockett is one of the best amateur and mid-amateur players in the state and is the defending Tennessee State Mid-Amateur Champ.
