prayerdog says:just played our 10th annual Granada Neighborhood Scramble, we finished -14 under, didn't place yet, waiting for total, but doubt we did, there were way better players than us,lol...swing is good, needs improvement...especially for over here, the 2 holes for longest drives on ladies holes were at least 40+yrds past mine,lololol... 1st drive contest...mine was 224 yrds uphill after flooding rain and in wind...a lady "Katy" somebody, was 40+ yrds ahead of mine still, and then later we heard Pat Roberts won the back 9 drive , hers was over 270 yrds and she beat someone named Cari, who was at 260 yrds...they have great players here!!!!!!...yikes... tomorrow is my Tourney at Coronado...none of them are in my flight,thank God,lol... 10/7/08

prayerdog says:Granada and Cortez for sure...they are not that bad, just after playing the smooth/flat ones seems more extreme when you get back on them...wow, it was a challenge...Isabella is rolling,smooth and wide...it was rated #1 GC in the entire state (Golf Digest) several times...but Granada...well it 's just say we...."Scenic" ???!!!lol 10/1/08

scooter33 says:yea it was combination of multiple things. I didnt hit the ball great I was just off by a tad on every shot. Then it was windy and pins were in diabolical placements. Pickwick is not an easy course at all. it'll make you pay if you dont hit the fairway. only 2 players broke 80 in the whole tournament 9/30/08

 munk24 says:I played the Ryder cup this weekend, scores are on OOB, three 9 holes, my partner and I won our series 2-1/2 points to 1-1/2 points, but europe won the match, I dont know if Michael(or even know Michael) was there or if it was the same event. I played at Ravenwood Country Club. We then went to Dan McGuiness Pub for fish and chips and beer. As for being quiet, just been real busy, Ike wiped out the electricity at our plant in Kentucky so trying to help them out. 9/15/08
