Enjoy'ed the challenge of the wind. Scottish Golf at it's best I guess. Taught me I need to learn how to keep the ball low.

Yes that was my first time out. I played the next day and shot an 82 at another course but didn't post it. The winter greens are a beach to putt on and I didn't putt well or my score could of been better. We'll see how things go. I normally play good at the start then fall off during late spring. We'll just have to see. It keeps raining and supposed to snow this weekend so its cramping my style.

Wow....wore my broncos pullover and started awesome. Took it off and crapped all over myself for 6 holes. Put it back on and played good again. I don't know what happened on those 6 holes but I couldn't do anything right. Finally righted the ship and birdied 18. Tough conditions but nice to play this late in the year.

David....thats a good legit score. I seen the birdie on 2. Just to give you a bit of help. You should make up your strokes on the par 5's. Hit your second shot to a yardage that you play well. Two putt and try to get out with par or bogey at worst. If 8 iron is your best iron. Play your 2nd shot to the 8 iron yardage. On par 4's, if it is short and you can drive it past that yardage, hit 3 wood to get that yardage. Last year I was horrible from 40-80 yards. This year I really worked on it and it has helped me alot. I have 3 scores in 70's this season and could of easy had a couple more if I would of putted well. Just some advice.

That would be no different than saying I shot a 65 on a par 54 course. Your score after doing the math, would be equivalent to a 92.25 on a par 72.
